I was wondering, since the military interest rate is capped at 36% and it is impossible to live off such a small profit, can that stupid cap be paypassed with wives of the military?
Since the wives are not technically military members that should be a great loophole and the standard 500% interest could then be applied. It also seems like the National Guard would be excempt from any interest limits since they are techinically State Employees and State Employees are not protected. Disabled combat veterans should also be exempt because they are no longer "members of the military" since they are permanently disabled due to combat and some have suffered brain damage which means they are great customers.
Any thoughts out there on how payday folks can make an honest and modest living charging only 500% a year interest?
And one more point, are "under the table donations" to members of Congress and state officials tax deductable? Those sure to help payday lenders stay in business and if lenders can give more the interest rate caps can be removed and a fair interest rate of 3000% could be allowed. -

Good day! People in the military are often young and thus they often need money. While many people are proud to serve in the military (many interviews at rapidshare ), there is no secret to the fact that the pay for servicemen (and women) is not very good. So, many of them search out the ways and means of improving their finances. -
